If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your Honeybloom piece, we can offer a return or refund within 10 days of your order arriving.

Should your item arrive broken or damaged, please let us know immediately so that we can make it right.

Shipping Policy

New Zealand & Australia

We offer standard and express shipping options within New Zealand & Australia. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International

We currently only offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand. If you are wanting to purchase a Honeyblom piece from another country, we are more than happy to facilitate. Just email us at hello@honeybloom.co.nz
